Subject:
Answering the current needs of the local sangha, Lama Norbu Repa shifted the original subject to the first seminar next year and propose an open retreat designed to teach the practitioner to regulate one’s personal Dharma practice in daily life through training in karma yoga. Lama Norbu will conduct the daily rituals of Tara and Mahakala as well as some sessions of prayers, leaving it to the participants to define their own rhythm in taking part in the following activities:
· Karma Yoga:There are plenty of pending duties in TNG Centre maintenance and daily operations. Lama invites each participants to develop the awareness of what is needed and to take their share in the form of personal imitative in accordance with the collective schedule set below;
· Personal Practice In the same way, Lama invites every participants to assume their responsibility to resume and develop their personal formal practice of meditation during the time imparted on the collective schedule.
· Individual teaching: Lama Norbu Repa will offer each participants with specific guidance and teachings to allow them to improve their personal practice;
· Group meeting: In the evening, Lama Norbu Repa will lead a general questions and answers session with the sangha.Schedule:
