Daily Activities:

From Monday to Saturday

• At 07h00: Green Tara Puja
• At 17h00: Mahakala Puja

Weekly Activities:

On Saturdays: unless another event takes place on that day

• From 09h00 to 12h00: Dharma Teaching / Karma Yoga
• From 14h00 to 17h00: Tibetan Class / Karma Yoga

On Sundays:

• From 15h00 to 17h00: Multimedia library: Dharma Teaching - Audio-visual recording

• 5th day, from 20h00 to 21h00: Meditation on Loving Kindness and Compassion - Chenrezig puja
• 8th day, from 10h00 to 11h30: Meditation on Healing - Sangye Menlha puja
• 10th day, from 10h00 to 13h30: Ganachakra (alternatively: Guru Rinpoche - Khorlo Demchog - Milarepa - Karma Pakshi)
• 15th day, from 10h00 to noon: Amitabha puja
• 20th day, from 20h00 to 21h00: Meditation on Loving Kindness and Compassion - Chenrezig puja
• 25th day, from 10h00 to 13h30: Ganachakra (alternatively: Green Tara - Dorje Phagmo)
• 29th day, from 16h30 to 18h30: Long Mahakala Puja

All year long, a series of meditation sessions is proposed in accordance with the Tibetan calendar. Main auspicious days for the practice of Buddhadharma are the occasion of special intensified practice. These events are notified timely on the board in the dining room, at the entrance of the Meditation Hall and on the Annual Calendar.

Four intensive seminars are scheduled over the year. Their program is posted on this site. It is also announced on the notification board in the Temple, through email to the sangha members and on this side.
