is the French Association 1901 which manages and operates the non-cultual activities of TNG Centre.

It operates exclusively through memberships and private donations.

The last AGA (Annual General Assembly) was held at the seat of the Association on November 22, 2008.

Legalities: Associations 1901 & 1905:

'Dra Tagpa Ritru' is established legally in the year 2000 with the view to spread Buddhism in general, Tibetan Buddhism and the Karma Kamtsang lineage in particular.  Its purpose is to facilitate the formal practice of Dharma in France and elsewhere.It operates "Theg-Chog Norbu-i Ga-Tsal", a Karma Kagyud Dharma Centre established by Lama Norbu Repa tunder the Spiritual Authority of the XVIIth Gyalwang Karmapa, Ogyen Trinley Dorje.

'Dra Tagpa Ritru' presents its members with an array of services related to the operation of TNG Tibetan Centre which includes hosting retreats, offfering seminars, access to an extensive library, lecturing on mind training and relaxation programs. It is also involved in social and cultural activities representing and supporting Tibetan culture.

'Theg-Chog Norbu-i Ga-Tsal' is in the process of being established legally as a French Association 1905 supporting the exercise of the Buddhist Cult. All year round, it offers a daily, weekly and monthly program of rituals and meditation sessions covering the typical Tibetan calendar. It provides individual spiritual guidance and ceremonies for the deceased. It organises regular events to introduce Buddhist teachers from all boards.

Financed essentially through memberships and the support of its members, 'Dra Tagpa Ritru' operates and manages all social, cultural and financial aspects of involvment of the TNG Centre. 'Theg-Chog Norbu-i Ga-Tsal' operates and manages the Buddhist Cult and functions exclusively from donations.

Membership to 'Dra Tagpa Ritru' permits its members to take part in the many activities of the Buddhist Cult operated by 'Theg-Chog Norbu-i Ga-Tsal'.
