Minling Dorsem Nyendrub practice

Last year, TNG Resident Sangha members met with Most Venerable Tenga Rinpoche who bestowed the teachings on the future practice to be done continually at TNG in the future: the Nyendrub" practice of Minling Dorsem - a 'terma' ritual on the accomplishment of Dorje Sempa. This year Rinpoche will answer Lama Norbu Repa's request to come to TNG Centre and confer the empowerment as well as to bless the land for the establishment of a Stupa.

Rinpoche is expected to arrive at the Centre on January 23. From 21st of june, Lama Norbu Repa will conduct the usual summer seminar presenting the Minling Dorsem practice and sadhana and preparing to welcome Rinpoche.

Presentation of the Centre

Time has come to update the last video presenting "Theg-Chog Norbu-i Ga-Tsal". Conceived, filmed and edited by local sangha members this video reflected the activities done from 2000 to 2003 to create the centre. It was presented to His Holiness Karmapa and to His Eminence Tai Situ Rinpoche during Losar 2004.

An interactive DVD is currently being prepared to present our centre to the public.It will include a step by step presentation: building the facilities, landscaping the residential park, setting up the meditation hall, the shrine of 1000 Buddha and the collection of Sacred Scriptures, the library, the residence built to welcome the future visiting Rinpoches and the facilities built to host TNG Tibetan Resident Sangha and a new house for practice in closed retreat.

Moreover this DVD will provide updated information on TNG publications and multimedia material available at the library. Various information will be added to provide the viewer with a full range of the facilities and services available at the Centre.

We welcome any help to prepare this campaign aiming at presenting our centre to the public. Your assistance is needed for the edition as well as for the distribuion of this DVD.

Intensified Tibetan classes

Starting March 1st 2007, the Tibetan classes given by Ani Tsultrim will be extended. The course for beginners will be continued every Saturday from 14h00 to 15h00 while an intermediate class will be held separately from 15h00 to 16h00.

TNG Publications

Currently the sadhanas published by TNG Centre are being improved. The new edition will systematically include the original Tibetan scripts. New sadhanas are regularly published. Recent titles include the Sadhana of Gampopa, Milarepa and Marpa Lama'i Naljor as well as the sadhanas of Mahakala and Amitabha and Dorje Phurba.
