Dr. Eric Liu and Dr. Erik Mittra discuss the upcoming Neuroendocrine Cancer Patient Education Day at the 2026 SNMMI, highlighting what attendees will learn about neuroendocrine cancer.

Have questions about your scans, treatments, or what comes next?

Wondering about DOTATATE scans, PRRT, or radiation safety? Curious about clinical trials, what options are available now, and what is on the horizon? Not sure what comes after PRRT, or what treatments may be considered if your tumor does not express somatostatin receptors? We will answer practical questions that matter in your day-to-day life.

Join us in Los Angeles on Sunday, May 31, for a dynamic patient education event, a collaboration between NorCal Carcinet and the Neuroendocrine Cancer Foundation, and in partnership with the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging (SNMMI), a leading medical and scientific organization dedicated to advancing nuclear medicine and molecular imaging.

Each year, Josh Mailman, President of NorCal CarciNET, organizes this event alongside the SNMMI Annual Conference. With this year’s conference taking place at the Los Angeles Convention Center, we are honored to collaborate on this meaningful program. The event will be hybrid and completely free, with options to attend in person or via livestream. For those attending in person, parking, lunch, and a networking reception are all provided at no cost.
