ABOUT MARY
Mary is a NET Patient, a NETCONNECT Mentor & LACNETS Board Member. Mary was diagnosed in 2005 with a pancreatic NET. She had the whipple procedure after her original diagnosis. She is a mother to four children, two of whom are identical twins born after her diagnosis with NET.

My daughter Hanna 32 diagnosed stage 4 in 5/2022 while studying to be a PA. Lungs, brain, ovary, then finally her spine all in 2 years. It was a constant up and down ride. Neuroendocrine carcinoid. Very aggressive. All the treatments and drugs did not help. She finally said “No more pain and chose Calvary”. My eldest of 3. Sixteen months later, I can cry in a heartbeat.
